Basic to the OPEDUCA Concept and thus throughout this website, the strategic positioning and professional quality of the Teacher is noted and underlined - below are some key aspects of our vision on the Teacher, aspects that give rise to OPEDUCA MasterClass which in turn proofed our vision and propositions just as hundreds of Teachers from there on started to further build and test the concept as well as the various instruments developed on the fly. 
Below are first some rather clear (if not occasionally harsh) notions we started out with - acknowledging that the approach along the way did remain quite clear, outspoken - aimed at results, targeting transition.
